The artisana Nespresso Trade-In Scheme

Here at artisana, we have a whole host of great new Nespresso machines along with a selection of all Nespresso coffee capsules.

Many of our customers are already Nespresso owners and with that in mind, we have created the Nespresso Machine Trade-In Scheme.

You can save upto £300 on the purchase of a new Nespresso machine with artisana by simply trading in your old Nespresso machine.

The process is explained below along with the form you will need to complete and submit to us for an approximate trade-in valuation of your machine.

The Trade-In Process

1. Complete and submit the form below.
2. We will email you back with an expected value.
3. You can then reply and accept the offer or say no and reject it.
4. If you accept the trade-in offer, we will arrange with you the best time for one of our couriers to collect the machine and send you the free courier shipment label.
5. Once the machine arrives with us, we will thoroughly test it to make sure it is in the condition you have stated it is in.
6. We will then confirm the final trade-in value with you by email (this will be as previously stated unless unmentioned faults are found with the machine).
7. Once accepted, we will send you a voucher code to enter on the artisana website when purchasing your new machine. (if you do not wish to accept the final trade-in value, we will return your machine)
